Notice to Intend to Sole Source for UniFi Pro Mortgage System (UniFi)

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development (RD) intends to award a sole source contract to Sagent M&C LLC (Sagent) for UniFi Pro Mortgage System (UniFi) for loan and grant originations, and the LoanServ system for servicing. The services to be provided under this IDIQ and subsequent task orders are required for continuity of services and and to provide critical support to RD’s SFHD program to improve the quality of life in rural communities.

USDA has made a large investment in these products to meet the legislative mandates, and the business needs of our customers.

Other systems that support LoanServ include automated mail processing; imaging; customer-initiated payment web site; Interactive Voice Response (automates calls from the public and allows intake of borrower payments and information); Verint (call recording software to review calls and capture LoanServ screen shots for the Servicing Office (SO) for call monitoring); and Cisco (used to automate outgoing phone calls to borrowers by SO staff or unattended dialer based on selected conditions on LoanServ); and other supporting systems.
