The US Court of Appeals in San Francisco is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the design, manufacturing, and installation of a (40) person conference table with integrated audiovisual (AV) systems and freestanding ancillary furniture products. The furniture must meet the specifications detailed in the included Exhibit A (see attachment). The Court has enlisted a designer, BE Workplace to round out the following SOW and provide specifications and shop drawings. These are not to be altered in any way; all bids must comply with the established drawings. All questions can be sent to John Lansing at (415) 355-8097 or john_lansing@ca9.uscourts.gov.
Scope of Work Design and Manufacturing: Provide a conference table and ancillary furniture as per the design provided in Exhibit A. The table should allow for data networking low voltage cable with advanced AV capabilities including but not limited to video conferencing, audio systems, and integrated controls. The table must include electrical with drop-in power modules for user access.
Installation: Complete installation of the table at the San Fransico Courthouse during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with minimal disruption to courthouse operations.
Testing and Commissioning: Ensure all systems are operational and integratedproperly upon completion of installation. Proposal Requirements (Proposals should include the following)
Timeline: A detailed timeline for manufacturing and installation.
Cost Proposal: Comprehensive breakdown of costs, including design,manufacturing, installation, and any additional fees References: Contact information for at least three references from previousprojects of similar scope. Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Compliance with specifications in Exhibit A Quality and innovation of the design Cost-effectiveness Timeline and ability to meet deadlines Relevant experience and references
