The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,200 employees. This is a restricted solicitation with a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement.

Specifications of requirement: The Vaccine Research Center (VRC) at the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a supply and delivery of bulk Food Grade liquid Carbon Dioxide (CO?) for use in VRC Laboratories as follows:

Delivery of 128,000 LBS of Beverage Grade Carbon Dioxide. Number of deliveries – Estimate of 35 EA. Telemetry Monitoring – Quantity of 12 EA.

Payment Terms: Quarterly in Arrears.
