NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This is not a request for quote. The Department of Energy Savannah River Site (DOE-SRS) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Escal Institute of Advanced Technologies, Inc pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

Items purchased will be: SANS Universal Voucher (to support Cyber Security Training) The requested voucher is proprietary to Escal Institute of Advanced Technologies, Inc. The NAICS is 611420, Computer Training, with Size Standard $16.0 million. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability statement to Derek Sampson at derek.sampson@srs.gov.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the DOE-SRS, if received within 5 business days of publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
