The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Cancer Research (CCR), Laboratory of Pathology (LP), Comprehensive Oncologic Molecular Pathology and Sequencing Service (NCI-COMPASS) requires one (1) new, commercially available, clinical-grade benchtop In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) instrument.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation, 75N91024Q00086, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 (05/22/2024). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this RFQ. This requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed price purchase order.
