This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561320 with an associated small business size standard of $34.0 million.

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Tsaile Health Center, is located in Tsaile, AZ 86556 off Navajo Route 64 & 12. Tsaile Health Center needs a contractor to provide Family Practice Physician Services. Services shall be provided in strict accordance with Performance Work Statement. This notice is for one (1) position.
