Equipment and Training for JEOL IT-800 scanning electron microscope Oak Ridge National Laboratory is in need of equipment to accommodate material types, mounting and geometrics during the operation of a JEOL IT-800 scanning electron microscope. On Site training is also required. See Bill of Materials or domestic equivalent in Attachment D.
