Quantity 35 of "Easy close" all-metal angle valve DN 40 (1 1/2"). The procurement is being competed. All proposals received will be evaluated on a “Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. LPTA is commonly used for competitive solicitations where non-price factors may be evaluated on an “acceptable”, “non-acceptable”, basis with no measurable value in selecting one acceptable offer over another. The lowest price offer among the “acceptable” proposals is used to select the winning proposal.
