Fuel Tank Piping Replacement

REVISION #3, 7/17/2025 - Attached Questions and Answers document (QAs Fuel Tank Replacement) along with Pictures. Please send all proposals to jlmelzer@fbi.gov via email by 11:00 a.m. EST on July 24, 2025. Any proposals received after 11:00 a.m. EST on July 24, 2025 will NOT be considered.

REVISION #2: Added site access visitor request form in the attachments. Interested vendors must submit the form to jlmelzer@fbi.gov by 11:00 AM ET on Friday, July 11th.

REVISION #1: A site visit will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 1:00 PM ET at 1000 Custer Hollow Road, Clarksburg, WV 26330. Quoter(s) are limited to two (2) participants for the Site Visit. Quoters shall note the following procedures established for participation in the Site-Visit: (i) Quoters must identify their interest in participating in the Site-Visit by E-mailing their request to Contract Specialist Jamie Melzer at jlmelzer@fbi.gov.

Quoters must submit their requests by no later than 11:00 A.M., ET on Friday, July 11, 2025. Quoters’ requests must include the full names (Last, First, Middle), social security numbers, date of birth and place of birth for all participating members. See RFQ for additional requirements.

This solicitation is to provide removal of existing steel piping and replace with the same size compatible new stainless-steel piping in the maintenance hole of the E85 fuel tank and compatible new galvanized piping in the maintenance hole of the unleaded fuel tank at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) CJIS Division, Clarksburg, WV. The contractor must be West Virginia Underground Storage Tank (UST) certified and be within a 200-mile radius of Clarksburg, WV. All questions are due to the Contracting Specialist, Jamie Melzer, at jlmelzer@fbi.gov, by 11:00 a.m. ET on July 16, 2025.
