AMENDMENT NO. 1:

Amendment 1, dated July 30, 2024, incorporates solicitation question and answer (Q&A) attachment. Oak Ridge National Laboratory is actively building a program in the engineering and science of high heat flux components that are typically found in extreme nuclear environments such as fission and fusion reactors. Part of this program will encompass a High Heat Flux Testing Laboratory (HHFTL). This Solicitation is for the design, fabrication, inspection, testing, delivery and installation of an Electron Beam Gun System (EBGS) at the HHFTL.
