NATO Business Opportunity: Scenario Development for Exercises Loyal Dolos 2025 and Loyal Leda 2026

NATO Joint Force Training Center (JFTC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the competitive selection of the lowest priced compliant bidder offering services for Scenario Development for Exercises Loyal Dolos 2025 and Loyal Leda 2026. The result of this bidding will be Firm Fixed Price Deliverables Contract. The reference for the RFP is RFP-JFTC-19-24 and all correspondence regarding the RFP should include this reference.

To be eligible to participate in the bidding process, U.S. bidders must 1) have professional operations in the United States, 2) be legally authorized to operate a business in any of the NATO-member nations, and 3) have successfully performed three contracts within the last five years (2020-2024) substantially similar in scope to the requirement described in this solicitation.

In addition, contractor personnel providing services under the contract must be citizens of a NATO nation, have appropriate professional training and experience in a related field, and meet applicable criteria for a personal security clearance. Detailed instructions regarding the preparation, submission, and evaluation of proposals are provided in the RFP. An editable document for your response is also attached.
