NATO Business Opportunity: NATO Modeling and Simulation Courses Content Development

Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for NATO Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Course Content Development. The contractor shall develop M&S Course Content ready for implementation into the NATO Advance Distance Learning platform. The implementation itself is not part of the contract and will be provided by HQ SACT. All personnel supporting this contract must be a citizen of a NATO member nation.

Bids shall be received at HQ SACT no later than 27 June 2025 at 0900 hours, ET. No bids shall be accepted after this time and date. No hard copy proposals will be accepted. In lieu of a bidders’ conference, HQ SACT invites bidders to submit initial technical questions no later than 30 May 2025. BIDDING DOCUMENTS Please see attached. BIDDING PROCEDURE A Declaration of Eligibility is NOT required for this opportunity. Do NOT submit your proposal to the Department of Commerce.
