Request for Information / Sources Sought Requisition Number: RFISS-181 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC), Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources and interest in providing Safety Shoes to NUWC Keyport and Naval Sea Logistics Center (NSLC).

The Government requires delivery of Industrial Safety/Occupational footwear, sold from a Contractor owned and operated trailer(s) or truck(s) suitable for displaying and dispensing footwear at NUWC Keyport. See the Statement of Work (SOW) for full details. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO ADHERE TO OPERATIONS SECURITY (OPSEC) REQUIREMENTS.

Any information submitted by respondents as a result of this sources sought notice is strictly voluntary. This sources sought notice is for information planning purposes only. The Government will not pay or otherwise reimburse respondents for information submitted and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this sources sought notice.

All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response is not a request to be considered for a contract award. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced later via the Government-wide point of entry and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately. Response to this notice is not a request to be added to a bidders list or to receive a copy of a solicitation.
