RFI / Sources Sought Requisition Number: RFISS -175 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources and interest in a Load Bank Testing for Back-Up Generator.

This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Please complete the attached "Questions for Industry" word document questionnaire attached and return via email to ryan.j.huddleston2.civ@us.navy.mil no later than the response date and time identified on this notice.

A CMMC level 2 status will be needed for this requirement. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CLASSIFIED, CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED, OR ARMS EXPORT CONTROLLED DOCUMENTS OR INFORMATION IN YOUR RESPONSE. CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO ADHERE TO OPERATIONS SECURITY (OPSEC) REQUIREMENTS. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this sources sought notice.

All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response is not a request to be considered for a contract award. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced later via the Government-wide point of entry and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the response to this sources sought notice.
