Solicitation Number: THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME Notice Type:
RFI / Sources Sought Requisition Number: RFISS-166- Install Crane Rail Cross Bracing In Building Synopsis: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources and interest in the installation of additional bracing of crane rails in a building. The project will require the contractor to relocate existing utilities and weld additional bracing to the crane rails. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to accomplish the following work in accordance with the statements here.
1. Relocate existing high pressure air lines and electrical lines as needed to accommodate the additional bracing.
2. Weld new gussets and plate stiffeners, 3. Attach new bolted cross bracing to the gussets. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

Pursuant to DFARS 204.75 an approved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) of Level X (check for each requirement what level of CMMC is required) is required before a contractor can be considered for award.
The contracting team will check each offeror's CMMC level in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) after offers have been submitted but prior to contract award. Any offerors that are determined not to have an approved CMMC will be ineligible for award. Response to this notice is not a request to be added to a bidders list or to receive a copy of a solicitation.
