Propane Supply

SCOPE: Follow-On for on-site services to provide an estimated not to exceed (NTE) 15,000 gallons of propane fuel on a "keep as filled basis", by metered vehicle to various locations at Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport Annex at Bangor, WA.

DELIVERABLE ITEMS: Bulk delivery to propane tanks to be scheduled automatically. Exact dates to be coordinated between contractor and Technical Point of Contact. Deliveries will be made to the following Government-owned tanks at the NUWC Keyport Annex: Bldg. A – (1 ea.) 50 gallon tank Bldg. B – (1 ea.) 1000 gallon tank Bldg. C – (2 ea.) 1000 gallon tank Bldg. D – (2 ea.) 1000 gallon tank Bldg. E – (3 ea.)

1000 gallon tank For each delivery, the contractor shall provide an original delivery ticket to the Technical Point of Contact which must contain the following information: Unique delivery ticket number, date of delivery, location of delivery and total gallons delivered. When invoicing through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), invoice must contain the same information provided for each delivery.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: Badging - Contractor must be able to obtain base access which requires a DBIDS badge. Contractor will follow all security requirements to enter any Naval Base and each building established by the government.
