RFI for Ukraine Critical Minerals Investments

This is a Request for Information. See the RFI for details on the envisioned work and submission details. Eligibility is TBD, as a determination has not been made whether his will be procured through a NOFO leading to an assistance award, i.e. a cooperative agreement or grant, or through an RFP leading to an acquisition award, i.e. contract. At this point, all interested parties of any registration/incorporation status are encouraged to review the RFI and to submit responses.
