NATO Request for Information: GSM Relay Replacement

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) regarding potential solutions to replace the current GSM Relay system with a modern, state-of-the-art alternative to operate at the NATO HQ in Belgium.

IMPORTANT: The RFI is NOT included in the attachment. A summary of the requirements is set forth in Annex B. Additional technical details (Annex C) and a Questionnaire (Annex D) will be distributed by email to qualified suppliers who submit a signed Non-Disclosure Undertaking (NDU) (Annex F). POC information for submitting your NDU is included in the attachment.

RFI responses are due to NCIA no later than 12:00 pm Brussels time on 21 March 2025. The NCIA reference for this RFI is RFI-CO-424236-ANWI, and all correspondence and submissions concerning this matter should reference this number. Do NOT submit your NDU to the Department of Commerce. Your participation in this RFI is greatly appreciated.
