Uniforms for the Architect of the Capitol Blanket Purchase Agreement

This sources sought synopsis is issued solely for information and planning purposes to gain knowledge of potential sources capable of fully satisfying a potential requirement. This is not a solicitation announcement nor does it promise a solicitation in the future. Quotes are not being requested or accepted at this time and a contract will not be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.

All submissions will become Government property and will not be returned. The government will not provide any feedback or evaluations regarding the information submitted. The Architect of the Capitol requires a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the ability to procure uniform items to support the agency’s mission. Please see attached RFI and associated Draft SOW, Draft Pricing Sheet, and Draft Instructions to Quoters and Basis for Award.

Amendment 01 (12/4/2025): The purpose of this amendment is to inform vendors that the government intends to change the Draft Instructions to Quoters and Basis for Award to state that for Factor 2 - Uniform Samples, instead of asking for 8 samples (a) through h)), the government is considering asking for samples of all 69 items listed in the Draft Pricing Sheet. i.e., quoters will be asked to mail these samples to the AOC campus in Washington, DC as part of the RFQ.
