DITCO-Europe is seeking information for a 111.8GB (OTU4) commercial lease between Naples, Italy and Stuttgart, Germany. This publication is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) regarding services Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS). The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research. Information obtained through this RFI will be used to determine appropriate strategies to meet the Agency's requirements.
