RFI Lease Land at Luke AFB

Luke AFB, Arizona has approximately 6 acres of land available for a 5 year lease on the west boundary of Luke AFB at 6199 N Alsup Road, Glendale, AZ 85309 for agricultural use only. The acreage is being used as a membership skeet and trap club and has one small building. There is electrical and water service available but no sewage or natural gas service. Removal of existing buildings and structures will be at lease holders expense.

A portion of the area is within the aircraft approach/departure surface, the remainder is within the aircraft clear zone (no new structures) with other associated restrictions. The only possible use would be limited agriculture and all existing structures would need to be removed. Only those individuals with proper Luke AFB access will be permitted to enter this area. General public will not be allowed entry.
