The United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division, National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) Section in Clarksburg, West Virginia, is seeking information on current market capabilities for Workforce Management (WFM) solutions. These tools are crucial for effectively managing human resources.

The NICS Section requires a WFM solution that offers functionalities including labor forecasting, scheduling, time and attendance tracking, and performance management. It is essential to compare various options to ensure the best fit for the organization. This evaluation will focus on each solution’s effectiveness, cost-efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals The Government requests response to this RFI to be submitted via electronic means.

Any request for clarification to this RFI are due by 10/15/2024 Noon Eastern to ensure response. The Government reserves the right to respond to questions provided after the deadline. Government response to questions will be provided on 10/17/2024 by close of business. Formal responses are due by 10/25/2024 Noon Eastern. Each submission shall not exceed 15 pages in length, including cover page, table of contents, and any other information.
