The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area Office, located in/at 272 Hwy 264, Saint Michaels, Arizona 86511, has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to provide an OMB Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards training (commonly referred to as the “Super Circular” or 2 CFR Part 200) for the Navajo Area Office.

The training will have Base plus one 1-year option using the following schedule: Base Year November 1, 2024 – October 31, 2025 1st Option Year November 1, 2025 – October 31, 2026 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training with a small business size standard of $15.0 million.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00011 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by October 10, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capabilities to meet the requirement, past performance history, ability to meet the period of performance dates, and price. Quotes will be due on or by October 18, 2024, by 2:30 pm MDT. The acquisition is a total 100% Small Business set aside.

In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
