The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a Sole Source order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. The proposed contract is to procure the following:

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
