However, the site is open to the public and potential offerors may visit the site on their own and submit questions, prior to the deadline for questions. Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Items (NOV 2021):

Technical Evaluation Factors: To be considered technically acceptable offerors must demonstrate their ability to provide the services in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). To determine technical acceptability, the government will evaluate: 1.) The offeror’s technical literature that clearly explains their approach and/or abilities to perform the tasks described in the SOW. Offers that simply restate the SOW will not be considered technically acceptable.

2.) Offerors shall submit a sod specification sheet for proposed Kentucky Bluegrass Sod to be provided. 3.) Offerors shall submit an example of the delivery ticket the offeror intends to use. | “System updates may lag policy updates.
