Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition - 36C78624D50422 - Grounds Maintenance at Salisbury National Cemetery -- S208 The purpose of this notification is to post the Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition related to contract # 36C78624D50422 in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(a) and VAAR 806.302-570(a). See attached J&A. Contract 36C78624D50422 is for grounds maintenance services at Salisbury National Cemetery. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform grounds maintenance services.
