PCD|898|LANC|JANITORIAL SERVICE -- S201 Janitorial Contract for LANC (898). Base year plus four, one-year option periods. COR is Isaiah Stultz isaiah.stultz@va.gov or (626)-456-0895 The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA) requires janitorial services to be performed at the historic Los Angeles National Cemetery and the Los Angeles National Cemetery Columbaria locations. The Los Angeles National Cemetery and the Los Angeles National Cemetery Columbarium sites are National Shrines.

The standards of maintenance and appearance at these cemeteries must reflect this nation’s concern for those interred there. For this reason, the Contractor’s strict adherence to the specifications is required and essential. Janitorial Contract for LANC (898). Base year plus four, one-year option periods. Note: This is a total SDVOSB set-aside solicitation, offerors must be certified through SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). The Contractor must provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to provide Janitorial Services at the Los Angeles National Cemetery, hereby collectively known as “The Cemetery”. The Cemetery includes both sites identified below:

Cemetery Los Angeles National Cemetery (Historic Site) 950 S. Sepulveda Blvd.Los Angeles, CA 90049. Los Angeles National Cemetery (Columbarium Site) Constitution Avenue (between 405-S and Davis Ave.)Los Angeles, CA 90049 Site Visit and Q&A Information: There will be a site visit for this solicitation. Contact the COR Isaiah Stultz (310) 268-4030 to schedule a site visit. Offerors must sign in to the cemetery.

All solicitation questions must be submitted through email to the Contracting Specialist Baron Toms: baron.toms@va.gov and Contracting Officer Brian Trahan, brian.trahan@va.gov. Vendor questions must be received by 1pm EST on May 19th 2024 and will be answered via solicitation amendment on May 21st, 2024. Questions submitted after the Q&A due date will not be answered.

Offer Due Date: All quotations shall be sent via email to the Contract Specialist Baron Toms baron.toms@va.gov. Submissions must be received by 4pm EST on Monday May 24th 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted. Only e-mailed quotes will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure the Governments timely receipt of their quote
