Raleigh National Cemetery | Notice of Intent to Sole-Source to SDVOSB concern | Janitorial Services | Interim 120-days -- S201 Raleigh National Cemetery - Janitorial - 120 Day Interim - Janitorial services: Weekdays (Monday, thru Friday) and Sat, Sun & All Federal Holidays Public Restrooms Only.

Annual Cleaning Services (April 1, 2024 - July 31) Raleigh National Cemetery is located at 501 Rockquarry Rd., Raleigh, NC 27610, has an immediate need for janitorial services that are performed in a manner that will maintain the restroom in a clean, neat, and professional appearance throughout and in accordance with National Cemetery Shrine Standards. (a) The Area to be serviced is 1 restroom located inside the Maintenance Building, Public Restrooms (approximately 64 sq. ft.).

All janitorial services shall be performed and completed Monday thru Friday (excluding Federal Holidays) between the hours of 7:00 am through 9:00 am and be accessible between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. • Public Restrooms 64 sq ft (b) The Contractor is responsible for furnishing the following supply items: • Trash / Wastebasket Receptacle Liners • Toilet Tissue (2 ply) • Paper Towels (2 ply) • Cleaning Solutions • Germicides & Disinfectants (c) Contractor shall sign off on a daily checklist verifying all services that have been completed for that day.

The Contractor will not submit invoices until the work has been accepted by the COR. Contactor will submit invoice/report itemizing services performed to the COR monthly in ARREARS.

The COR will inspect all areas daily to ensure quality of services provided prior to certification of payment. • CLEANING REQUIREMENTS THE FOLLOWING HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES SHALL BE PERFORMED MONDAY THRU FRIDAY OF EACH WEEK UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. • Public Restrooms (a) General (i) Sweep the outside entrance areas to men's and women's restrooms. (ii) Clean restrooms to include:

walls, partitions, mop floors, sinks and toilets/urinals with germicide disinfectant. (iii) Clean and polish all glass, mirrored, and stainless steel areas with appropriate cleansers. (iv) Furnish and fill soap dispenser, toilet paper and paper towel holders. (v) Empty, clean, sanitize, and line all waste cans. (vi) Pour all mop and/or cleaning water down the floor drains. The sink shall not be used as a drain. Clean and seal the floor drains.
