Pre-Solicitation Notice / Sources Sought for Biloxi Building 1 Renovation -- Y1DA See attached Pre-Solicitation Notice / Sources Sought Notice for Biloxi Building 1 Renovation for review and action. DRAFT SOLICITATION is also attached for review. The Contractor shall provide all qualified supervision, labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to complete Project 520-317X: Biloxi Building 1 Renovation in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and all other terms and conditions of the contract.

This includes selective demolition, exterior building envelope alterations, and interior renovation of areas within Building 1. Most of the work will occur on unoccupied floors of 3, 4, 5 and within crawl spaces and the attic. There will be upgrades of the interior utilities and building systems including replacement of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, telecommunication systems, chilled water systems and modifications to the fire protection systems.

There will be limited structural, mechanical, and electrical work related to the underside of the 3rd floor structure within the occupied areas of the 2nd floor including site restoration after all other project work is complete. The awardee shall also be responsible for monitoring the existing Building 1 foundation system by a separate, qualified consultant throughout the duration of the project.
