THIS IS A MARKET SURVEY FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPISIS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SYNOPSIS IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.). PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST.

The USAF Test Pilot School/USSF Space Test Course require the ability to provide training and curriculum in the field of electronic warfare to advance knowledge of area specific operational threat analysis, and component testing of emerging technologies in the respective field. Advanced Waveform Desktop Signal Generator has been selected to provide the unique training and real-world evaluation of current and emerging threat waveforms.

The Government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested firms, who can provide installation and on-site acceptance test upon delivery of the system to verify system functionality. Provide technical support and training for the duration of the support contract with options for additional training, if required, in accordance with the “Draft” Statement of Work, dated 8 May 2024. Information Requested. The Government request interested offerors that can fully support this requirement furnish the following information:

1. Company name, DUNS number, Unique Entity ID, and CAGE Code, address, points of contact, phone number and email address.

2. Information should include a brief description of experience in providing the type of support described. The information packet must be clear, concise, and complete. The Air Force is under no obligation to provide feedback to the company, or to contact the company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this request.

3. Identification of business size (small or large) and identify the socioeconomic disadvantaged category, as defined the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 19 and currently listed in the System for Award Management (SAM). Small business size standards are published by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and may be found at www.sba.gov/size/sizetable2002.html.

Submission Instructions: Information received will be used within the Air Force to facilitate acquisition strategy decision making and to solidify Market Research and will not be disclosed outside the agency. If your firm has an interest in proposing on future requirements as described above, please prepare, and submit a Capabilities Statement by12:PM (PST) on 16 May 2024.
