Advisory Support & Technical Requirement Administration (ASTRA)

This pre-solicitation notice constitutes the Government's intent to solicit and award a competitive Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.102(b). The proposed acquisition will be a five (5) year MAC IDIQ contract for Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) capabilities to provide a broad range of professional support to the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) Scientific and Technical Intelligence analysis mission. This notice is not a solicitation, and vendors should not submit proposals at this time.
