The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, located at 86515 Hwy 264 & St Michael Road, PO Box 9020, St. Michaels AZ 86511 has an upcoming requirement for a multiple award ID/IQ for Behavioral Health Services to include services for Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers for the following Navajo Area locations: Gallup Service Unit Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup, NM Tohatchi Health Center, Tohatchi, NM Shiprock Service Unit Northern Navajo Medical Center, Shiprock, NM Four Corners Regional Health Center, Teec Nos Pos, AZ Dzilth-NA-O-Dith-Hle Health Center, Bloomfield, NM Crownpoint Service Unit Crownpoint Health Care Facility, Crownpoint, NM The projected Period of Performance is one-12 month base period to start at time of award, with four-12 month option periods.

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621112 Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists with a small business size standard of $13.5M and 621330, Office of Mental Health Practitioners (except Physicians) with a small business size standard of $9.0M.

The Request for Proposals using the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.201-2 in conjunction with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures will be issued on or by October 15, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, key personnel qualifications in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, Past Performance and Price. The acquisition is 100% Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside.
