The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd., Gallup, NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for two (2) pharmacists. Period of performance is as follows:

12/1/2025 – 5/31/2026 2nd Option Period:

6/1/2026 – 11/30/2026 3rd Option Period: 12/1/2026 – 5/31/2027 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621399, Offices of all Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners with a small business size standard of $10 million.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00160 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be issued on or by April 29, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, key personnel qualifications in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, Past performance and price.

Quotes will be due on or by May 22, 2025. The acquisition is an Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprise Set-Aside.
