Supply of Genuine Vehicle Parts, Batteries and Tires for the Mission Procurement Reference Number:

PR15887031 Requirement: The U.S. Mission in Juba invites responsible vendors to supply Genuine Vehicle Parts, Batteries and Tires for the Mission as per the specification/Part Number (P/N) provided in Annex 1: Items Specifications, Photos and Quantities Required.

Delivery Lead Time: The vendor shall provide time required to deliver the items requested to delivery address/point below.

Delivery Address/Point: U.S. Embassy, Kololo Road, Adjacent to the European Union Compound, Juba, South Sudan.

Delivery Mode: Mandatory door-to-door delivery of items to the delivery/point cited above. System for Award Management (SAM)

Requirement: Due to the threshold of this requirement, the successful vendor MUST have be registered and active in SAM. www.sam.gov Quotes MUST have detailed specifications of the item. Evaluation and selection will be based on the lowest price and technically acceptable and with consideration of delivery time. Quotes must be valid for 60 days upon receipt by the Procurement Office.
