IDIQ for Legal Services in Hungary

PR15875475 Legal Services The Embassy of the United States of America in Hungary requires the services of a local, Hungarian attorney to be on retainer for HR related issues. The period of performance is 1 year with 3 optional years and is expected to commence in April 2026. Only companies or individuals specializing in Hungarian labor law should apply. All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such services.

At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal: Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in HUNGARY; Be able to understand written and spoken English; Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to render the required services; Have all licenses and permits required by local Hungarian law; Have no adverse criminal record; Have good experience and past performance records.
