Relocation and Renovation of the JOC/MSP

1.0 Introduction The US Department of State (DoS) through the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) assists host nations with construction of facilities which enable the nation to enhance their capacity to manage security incidents within prison environment in their own countries. 2.0 Background INL, in cooperation with the Government of Costa Rica, is providing technical assistance in the construction of the remodeling of the Joint Operations Center, in Base 2, Alajuela, Costa Rica.
