Translation and Interpretation Services BPA

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The American Embassy in Algiers intends to issue a solicitation for “Translation and Interpretation Services BPA” on or around February 24, 2026. The solicitation will close on or around March 11, 2026. The Embassy intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with qualified vendors for the provision of Translation and Interpretation Services. This BPA will set forth the terms and conditions applicable to future purchases made under this agreement.

The Embassy requires expert-level translation and interpretation services between English, Arabic, and French. The selected contractor(s) must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in all three languages to support the communication needs of the U.S. Mission in Algiers. Services may include, but are not limited to, written document translation, consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, and on-site or remote language support for official events and meetings.
