RFQ for the purchase of a new vehicle

The U.S. Embassy in Berlin has a requirement to purchase a new vehicle. The requested model is a Mercedes Benz GLB 180, according to our list of requirements. If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved, neither in obtaining the numbers, nor in registering for SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to many of our requirements.
