If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved, neither in obtaining the numbers, nor in registering for SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.
