The U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary requires weekly gardening services at 3 of its residential properties: “Matyas” (11,219 SqM), “Ora” (8,796 SqM), and “Bimbo” (7,528 SqM). The performance period is 1 year, expected to commence not later than July 1, 2025. All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service.

At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal: have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Hungary, be able to understand written and spoken English, have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work, including trained and qualified employees for gardening/landscaping (vocational high school diploma, adult education certification, or similar), have a minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping and lawn care maintenance with suitable references, have all licenses and permits required by local, Hungarian law, have liability insurance, have no adverse criminal record (workers must obtain official Hungarian “Certificate of Good Conduct”)
