Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Cleaning Services of Upholstered Furniture, Curtains and Rugs

The contractor shall provide dry cleaning services for furniture and upholstery, including but not limited to:

three-seat sofas, two-seat sofas, recliners, easy chairs, occasional chairs, ottomans, dining chair seats, twin mattresses and box springs, and queen mattresses and box springs. The BPA Holder shall also provide services for the measurement and adjustment of curtain rods, as well as the removal, washing, ironing, and reinstallation of curtains at the original location. They also provide rugs, linens and towels cleaning and ironing services. Linens and towels include queen and twin bed sheets, queen and twin blankets, pillowcases, bath towels, face and hand towels, tablecloths rectangular and round. Curtains will depend on the size of the residence.
