Request for Information (RFI) – Fox News Television Service

Fox News Television Service for the U.S. Embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark I. Introduction The Embassy of the United States of America in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking information from qualified vendors on how to obtain Fox News television service for use within the Embassy chancery building. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research and planning purposes. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a commitment to issue a solicitation or award a contract. II.

Purpose The purpose of this RFI is to identify available solutions for obtaining Fox News television service that comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Denmark, provide a direct, legally authorized method to obtain and broadcast Fox News within a government facility. The U.S. Embassy is not seeking a full cable, internet, or television package—only a standalone service for Fox News. III.

Requirements Interested vendors should provide information regarding service availability, including options for legally receiving Fox News in Denmark, subscription models, or licensing agreements that align with a government office setting. Vendors should outline the technical requirements of the service, such as the delivery method via satellite, IPTV, streaming, or direct subscription, as well as any necessary equipment or infrastructure for implementation.

Responses should confirm that the proposed service complies with Danish laws and regulations and outline any relevant licensing requirements. Vendors should describe available service agreements, including contract terms and conditions for government procurement, pricing models, estimated costs, and any volume-based or multi-user pricing options.

If installation is required, vendors should provide an overview of the process and timeline, along with details on technical support and troubleshooting services available. IV. Response Instructions Interested vendors are requested to provide company name, address, and point of contact information. Responses should include a description of available services that meet the Embassy’s needs, cost estimates or general pricing information, and confirmation of compliance with Danish laws for providing the service.

Additional relevant details about the service offering are also welcome. Responses must be submitted within ten (10) days of the issuance of this RFI. Submissions must be sent via email to CopenhagenProcurement@state.gov with the subject line: "PR15223741: RFI - Fox News Television Service." Submissions must be in MS-Word 2007/2010, MS-Excel 2007/2010, or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) file format. The total file size must not exceed 30MB.

If the file size exceeds 30MB, submissions must be divided into separate files and attached to separate emails, each under 30MB. V. Additional Information This RFI is for market research purposes only. The U.S. Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation or award a contract as a result of this RFI. Responses do not bind the Government to any further action. Any proprietary or sensitive information should be marked accordingly. The U.S. Government will handle all responses confidentially and solely for the purpose of this market research.
