Pouch handling April-July 2025

The requirement is to provide Diplomatic Pouch Handling Services at the U.S. Embassy in Reykjavik, Iceland. These supplies/services require that this specific vendor receive diplomatic pouches dispatched from Washington, D.C., process them through Icelandic Customs, and deliver them to the U.S. Embassy in Reykjavik. Diplomatic pouch shipments are dispatched from Washington, D.C. on an as-needed basis and Diplomatic Pouch and Mail (DPM) in Washington, D.C. has determined under its authority that this specific vendor shall provide these servcies on the dispatching (Washington, D.C.) side.
