Notice of Intent – Sole Source - Diagnostic test equipment and specialized tools

The U.S. Consulate General in Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to WW. GRAINGER, INC. for diagnostic test equipment and specialized tools (First Draw) approved by OBO/AMT. Given the unusual and compelling urgency of the request, and vendor’s past performance, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
