Alternate High-speed Fiber Optic Internet

This is not a solicitation; This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source procurement under 517111 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers. The U.S. Consulate General Curacao will award a firm fixed price contract to provide Dedicated Business Internet with the capacity 50 MB with a/28 subnet. The estimated period of performance will be for 12 months, at the USG’s discretion.

This is a single source requirement in accordance with authority citation, FAR 13.106-1(b) (1 and FAR Part 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, Digicel is considered the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy U.S. Consulate General Curacao requirements.
