Notice of intent – Sole Source – Maintenance Service Fuel Management System

USCG Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to FLUID SOLUTIONS LLC for preventive maintenance service contract for the NCC Fuel Management System. Given this vendor is widely known and reliable, and it is fully qualified to design, build, maintain and operate fuel oil management systems, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
