Notice of intent – Sole Source – Maintenance Service Building Automation System

USCG Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to ALABAMA CONTROLS, INC. for preventive maintenance service contract for the NCC Building Automation System. Given this vendor is widely known and reliable, and it is fully qualified to design, build, maintain and operate Building Automation Systems, and has the knowledge and experience to guide BAS engineer technicians.
