Notice of intent – Sole Source – Maintenance Service HVAC Water Treatment System

USCG Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to FLUID SOLUTIONS LLC for preventive maintenance service contract for the NCC HVAC Water Treatment Plant. Given this vendor designed and installed the NCC HVAC water treatment system, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
