Request for Proposal: U.S. Embassy Muscat 2025 National Day Celebration Event

The U.S. Embassy Muscat invites you to submit a proposal for the Independence Day (National Day 2025) Celebration Venue rental. The Embassy seeks to host its 2025 Independence Day Celebration on 17 February 2025, with the specific location to be determined according to the selected contractor. This event includes a ballroom, event planning and coordination, catering services, security arrangements, and other necessary arrangements to ensure a successful reception.

The celebration, themed “Miami Nights,” will feature vibrant décor, live entertainment by the U.S. Air Forces Central Band, American-inspired cuisine, and engaging activities. The venue must accommodate up to 350 guests and provide facilities such as round tables for VIPs, cocktail tables, a stage for performances, and adequate parking. Catering should include buffet-style meals and non-alcoholic beverages, with professional waitstaff service.

Technical requirements include basic audio/visual equipment and adequate lighting. Additional services include on-site security and tropical floral arrangements. All arrangements must comply with local regulations and be finalized well before the event date.
