Official Outgoing Express Mail & Packages Delivery

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The U.S. Embassy in Algiers intends to issue a solicitation for official outgoing express mail & packages delivery contract on or around January 12, 2025. The solicitation will close on or around January 26, 2025. A conference is tentatively scheduled for January 19, 2025. Time and meeting location to be provided with the issuance of the solicitation.

The purpose of the official outgoing express mail & packages delivery contract is to have a company that can provide the following services but not only: Express mail transportation to any worldwide destination. Offer two different account numbers (outbound and inbound shipments). Door-to-door service for express mail. Provide packing materials. Offer online account management or software. Provide secure storage for diplomatic shipments in transit.

The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 492110. Registrations: In order to be considered for a contract an offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov. No documents or other information will be available until the solicitation is issued.
